Are these homes inspected during and after construction?
Yes. all of our homes are inspected and certified by a 3rd party inspection agency. Each NOAH RDI Certified Structure meets safety, structural, and energy efficiency standards. NOAH RDI Home Inspections and Certifications provide the opportunity to build with integrity, and access a digitized home inspection for future use.
Is there a size limit for these homes?
Yes. A park model destined for a season campground must have finished living space under 400 sq. ft. If the home will be used as an ADU, the size limit is restricted to 900 sq. ft. (other contingencies apply)
Is there financing available?
We work closely with a few banks that will help you navigate the purchase of your new park model or ADU. In most cases the banks will accommodate 20 year terms, allowing for an affordable payment.
How far can these be delivered?
There are no distance restrictions in the continental United States. There are delivery costs calculated by the milage from Boylston, MA to your destination. All of these cost will be determined prior to your order be placed.
Can i bring my own plan?
Absolutely, that’s what separates us from the competition. We will work together to covert a napkin sketch into a plan, and from there, build YOUR park model for YOU. Through the process you will have the option to select colors and finishes, truly making your park model or ADU yours.

Yes, we offer quantity discounts should you be a dealer or developer. Please call and we can discuss your needs and specialized pricing.
